DNA Footwear – Footwear Marketing

Project Description

DNA Footwear, a Brooklyn-born footwear, and apparel company came to Frokko Media Group looking for a full-service marketing partner. Frokko teams worked to accelerate sales and improve marketing operations efficiency.

A new website was launched together with automation, measurement, and feedback protocols to help grow sales and lower the cost of acquisition of net new customers. Frokko provided insights into demand generation and created sleek brand positioning across traditional as well as digital marketing mediums.

Marketing automation systems were also realigned; creating a new ecosystem of tools and processes to assist in back-of-house operations. DNA Footwear’s shipping and fulfillment model was also improved by connecting ordering systems, automating returns, and helping customers order, process, and receive their footwear as quickly as Amazon Prime.
